The Spirituality of Kabbalah

You have probably heard of Kabbalah in the news or online, but not many people actually know what it is. Kabbalah is an ancient wisdom that teaches its students how the universe works and the way they fit into it. Though it is based on Jewish religious texts, Kabbalah is not a religion; in fact, it is a spiritual supplement to any religion or lack thereof. Kabbalah revolves around the idea that everyone is worthy of the same love and acceptance, so anyone can study it.

Kabbalah teaches its students how to feel truly fulfilled and happy in an imperfect world. You will learn how to accept your life, achieve balance, and stop the perpetual feelings of longing many of us experience. You will learn to live out your life the way the Creator intended it and will no longer feel the emotional and spiritual chaos you once endured.

The Kabbalah Centre is a non-profit organization founded by Phillip and Karen Berg. It is now headquartered in Los Angeles, California. There are over 50 Kabbalah Centre branches around the world, including major locations in Toronto, London, and New York City. A large number of celebrities study with the Kabbalah Centre including Ashton Kutcher, Lucy Liu, Ariana Grande, and James Van Der Beek. Singer and actress Madonna regularly studies with a Kabbalah Centre rabbi regularly and has changed her lifestyle to fit with its teachings.

There are so many ways to study Kabbalah at the Kabbalah Centre. If there is a branch near you, check out the many lectures and other events that take place regularly. You can also enroll in classes both on-site and online. For a more intimate study session, consider studying one-on-one with a rabbi or mentor. If you prefer to discover more independently, you can pick up some of the Kabbalah Centre’s many books. You can even check out the Kabbalah Museum to study rare, old kabbalistic texts.
